  1. Finish your party planning
    Get your tickets for A’17’s hottest parties, receptions, and events. Kick things off at Thursday night’s Emerging Professionals Party, hosted this year at B.B. King’s Blues Club. And don’t miss The Party!, the conference’s biggest bash. This year’s event features music by Jim Belushi and The Sacred Hearts Band. (One free ticket to The Party is included with most registrations, but you must register to attend.)

    For reservation changes before you arrive, contact your hotel directly. While on-site, visit
    our housing desk in West Lobby A at the Orange County Convention Center.

    Registration
    Update online any time before the conference opens. Or use the A’17 app 24 hours a day. You can also visit us on-site in the main registration area located in West Lobby A.
  1. Plan your ride
    Take advantage of our free shuttle buses, which run between 15 Orlando hotels and the Orange County Convention Center. Please review the schedule for hours, frequency, and routes.

  1. Don’t forget the AIA Booth
    We’re hosting three stunning galleries of inspiration featuring high-impact projects and unique displays. You can also participate in a mini focus group with the AIA Strategic Council, the think tank that advises our Board of Directors, and influence future areas of focus. And bring your questions about any AIA programs, products, and services—AIA staff will be on hand to answer all of your questions.  It’s all happening in Booth #2439.

  1. Jazz up your Snaps
    Use our official geofilter on your A’17 photos and videos. Take a photo or video, then swipe right or left to access the geofilter. Apply the filter, then add your content to your Snapchat Story. (Make sure you allow the Snapchat app to access your location so the app shows up when you swipe.)

    Learn about the just-released 2017 AIA documents at the AIA Contract Documents booth, #2743. Major updates include single sustainable exhibits, a termination fee fill point, additional compensation, new supplemental services, and more.
